Shipping Policy

Bokksu Grocery ships nationwide to both the United States and Canada

Orders that are placed before 1:30 pm ET Monday-Friday will ship out within the same day!

Orders placed after 1:30 pm ET Monday-Friday will be shipped out on the following business day. 

Our grocery products ship from the NY Metropolitan area, so shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

For US shipments, we currently offer:

Free Saver Shipping: 2-10 Business Days
Standard Flat Rate: 1-8 Business Days
Fedex Overnight: 1-2 Business Days

For Canada Shipments, we offer:

Free Saver Shipping: 4-9 Business Days
Standard Canada Flat Rate: 3-8 Business Days
Fedex Canada Express: 2-5 Business Days

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email which is sent to you once your order has been shipped.

We do our best to pack your boxes with love, making sure that your items arrive unharmed and in excellent condition. Your order will be packed and shipped in a corrugated cardboard box, sealed with industrial shipping tape with the Bokksu Grocery logo. 

Heavy items, like rice and beverages, will be packed at the bottom of the box and wrapped in bubble-wrap. The size of the box itself will depend on the size of your order. We currently use 15 different box sizes to make sure your order is packed just right!

For Bokksu Grocery Website Orders: We offer free shipping for all US orders over $40*. All orders must
meet a minimum order total of $30 before being eligible for shipping.

For Bokksu Grocery Mobile App Orders: We offer free shipping for all US orders over $40*. For orders
under $40, we offer Flat Rate Shipping from $10-$15 based on your location.

*Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Oh no - that is definitely not what we want to hear. If your item is at all damaged (melted, defective, etc), we ask that you please take a photo immediately and email us at hello@bokksugrocery.com where we can assist you further.
